Then back to the hotel and it will be lights out by 10:30pm
Friday 4/27/19:
Boys will be leaving for the stadium at 8:10 am and you are expected to have had breakfast before we leave.
Breakfast is not provided by the hotel, so plan accordingly. Girls leave at 10:00am.
10:40 – 12:05 High School Boys 4x100m Relay heats (20 min between)
11:05 am Event #327 - Team JD : - W/U 10:00 – To me 10:40 – 10:45 to Paddock

1:15pm High School Girls Championship of America (top 12 teams qualify on Thursday)
After the 4x100 and/or 4x800 race, the Boys 4x400 and the girls team go for a workout. After we will go back to the hotel and relax. 6pm we meet in the lobby and walk to dinner. After dinner walk back to hotel and lights out by 10:30.
Saturday 4/28/19:
9:10 – 11:25 Boys 4x400m Relay: 7:00am Boys are leaving for the stadium. (We are the 10th Race)
9:46 am Event #419 – Team JF: W/U 8:30 – to me 9:15 - to paddock 6 events before your race – Event #413
